CARRY ON.

October half term, members maybe wondering what is happening with club training, well with the recent covid tier system showing that Shropshire is currently at the lowest level of risk, it is fairly safe to say pools will stay open (unless an unforeseen circumstance happens). 

 

Therefore we will continue to provide training throughout the half term period.

 

Yoga! 

Only two members have attended Yoga for the last few weeks despite my last cry out for members to utilise this amazing opportunity. 

Be the best athlete you can be! Taking part in Yoga will:-

  • Increase flexibility.
  • Increase muscle strength and tone.
  • Improve respiration, energy and vitality.
  • Maintaining a balanced metabolism.
  • Weight reduction.
  • Cardio and circulatory health.
  • Improved athletic performance.
  • Protection from injury.

Classes run from 5:30-6:30pm every Wednesday at Open Space Studios.

 

We will be having a break for now and will start Yoga up again as of Wednesday 4th November, which is also programmed into our Spond App.

 

Please note if low attendance through November continues I will have to cancel and I will NOT be replacing it with anything else as our members are not using the opportunity I and the club are providing to them.
